Dr. Clegg had a true passion for community health nursing, nursing and health care administration, nursing education, and nursing research, to name a few special areas. We had some really good times at VSC/VSU in the 1980s and 1990s when Dr. Clegg, Dr. Gieske, Ms. Snell, and I made up the primary teaching team for graduate nursing studies. Dr. Clegg was a scholar, master teacher, and excellent provider of university and community service. She will be missed by so many who had the pleasure of knowing her, working with her, and being taught and mentored by her. Thanks so much, Roberta! What a difference you made. Bless you, Mickie.
